Comments: Maintenance run today. Hot! Ran 2:30/30 intervals as I felt able. All seemed to go OK. Listened to an audiobook. My feet in the new shoes are healing, slowly. My knee felt a bit sore; I read recently it may be called Patellofemoral pain. Noting for future research.
