Comments: Start of week #24 (of 26). Feeling fatigued after Sunday 28-mile run. Some hamstring soreness, some numbness in my toes. Otherwise, slept great last night and feeling energy levels decent. Weather is cooler 😎 Opened the windows and let the fresh air in. Our local community gym was different today--no upright nor recumbent stationary bicycles. I did not go inside, but in the corner was a new piece of equipment. I have a sinking feeling the property management has removed the cycles permanently. That means no more XT on the cycles. Will have to think about next steps.
