Remembered the 3 things I should always do: 1)
Garmin HRM-Pro Plus Heart Rate Monitor; 2) Anti-chafing; and 3) Sunblock
✅ Felt OK today, other than still a bit creaky from Sunday 20-mile run. Had a big bowl of noodles for lunch. Knees felt OK today. The right knee feels a bit unsettled (?) I am not sure how to describe it. Not hurting, but it feels a bit noticeable. Started out running a bit slow, then we picked up the pace and was running 10'30/mile pace for the 3-minute running portions, followed by a 1-minute walk break. The faster pace felt OK and was running it without feeling huffing and puffing. The Under Armour SpeedPocket 5" shorts kept my phone/keys/ID snug with no rattling 💯 Quite a few people walking with pets, or walking with family, or kids playing. Saw quite a few neighborhood cats in the usual spots. Have not yet looked into shorts with pockets. Weather was perfect.
