Warm maintenance run. Easy pace due to heat. Remembered the 3 things I should always do: 1) Garmin HRM-Pro Plus Heart Rate Monitor; 2) Anti-chafing; and 3) Sunblock ✅ Listened to new audiobook. Sweated profusely. Legs felt sore/stiff, most likely from Sunday run. One minor issue: my Garmin HRM-Pro Plus Heart Rate Monitor...did not capture anything (?) At the end of the run my watch said something like "Attempting to get stored heart rate data". And my average heart rate & calories were wildly wrong. 🤔
