Remembered 2 of 3 things I should always do: 1) Garmin
HRM-Pro Plus Heart Rate Monitor; 2) Anti-chafing; and 3) Sunblock ✅ Cooler. Felt a bit drained so ran a relaxed pace, picking it up a bit toward the end. A string of four cats crossed a suburban quiet street in lazy fashion. Locals used a local baseball diamond as a cricket pitch. Dogs took their owners for walks. The nearby foothills have accelerated their transition from green to gold.
