Anarchist Sewing Circle?

Dawn and I noticed what seemed to be an Anarchist decal on the rear window of a car in the lane to our left a few days ago. In addition, it had a sewing needle and thread making up the cross-bar of the letter. I'm curious to know what it might reference. I didn't find the exact decal.
