Comments: Dawn and I exercised at California Family Fitness this evening. I watched an hour of AMC's re-broadcast of Happy Gilmore. I felt very sweaty until I turned the 36-inch circular fan toward my treadmill. The gym seems to have a lot of Life Fitness equipment, both treadmills (Matrix and others) and weights (Hammer Strength). While waiting for Dawn to change before the hot tub I watched other people weightlifting to understand how the different machines work. I've done this for many nights but tonight it felt like a curtain was raised in my mind. I'm not sure how else to describe it. One moment I was an outsider looking in and the next moment I felt like I wanted to begin using the equipment. I only need a source of info on how to do it and some ideas on which muscles to train.
