Comments: Cycled at California Family Fitness with Dawn tonight. Got there earlier than we usually do so we both felt surprise when we saw the number of people. I watched the Australian Open match between American Serena Williams and Israeli Shahar Pe'er. From Wikipedia, Ms. Pe'er is the first Israeli woman and the second Israeli ever to reach a quarter-final match. She's also currently in the Israeli military. Bravo. Dawn and I relaxed in the hot tub for 15 minutes before leaving. Read tonight after coming home that Galloway recommends using cross-country ski machines or water running for runners instead of cycling or rowing. x_x So perhaps I'll try the elliptical instead of cycling. I find myself hunching over a bit to use them which I don't enjoy as much. I feel a bit drained today from Sunday's long run but overall this is the best I've ever felt after a 18 mile long run. :)
