Canadian Brat Invasion

I'm cooking up veggie brats from Canada tonight (Veggie Brats Classic). They're square. And they taste like some of the cheapest hot dogs I used to eat during college summer break back in 1996. With lots of ketchup they aren't so bad. I probably won't be eating them again though. Coming from Wisconsin it's hard to live up to my memories of what real brats taste like. ;)
