Comments: Forgot sunblock on today's maintenance run. UV Index was 2 when I started, but 3 when I was about halfway done. So cooked my skin a bit 😛 Otherwise I took it easy and ran at my own pace, accelerating and de-accelerating as needed to stay comfortable. I saw a welcome sight: water fountains! I had taken a slightly different route and ran past a parklet with them. Very welcome, as they are at roughly the halfway point on my 55-minute runs. 💧 Listened to my audiobook.
