Comments: Late afternoon golden-hour run 💯 Pretty easy pace, but a bit faster than on Tuesday. We ran around the local neighborhood. Today we ran into an ungated community for what seems like older people. I had run in it multiple times, but this time we happened to pass the manager, and he smiled, introduced himself, and let us know it was private property 🙃 It was pretty friendly. So that is a bit disappointing, as I enjoyed running around and seeing the plants & lawn decorations. But fair. Feeling pretty good overall. My shoulder muscles must have been the ones which had the spasm on Tuesday, as today they feel a bit sore when I put them under strain. I think they will heal OK in a few days though. One thing Galloway seems to do is take the heart rate (in beats-per-minute) at the same time each day. Currently, I'm taking it after the run. 🤔
