Comments: Cycling day. Starting week 8 (of 26). Set recumbent seat setting to #22 & exercised at level = 8 today. One other man running who left after about 10 minutes. Finished one audiobook and started a new one. This was a moderately-hard exercise, with legs feeling somewhat rubbery after. Remembered the Garmin HRM-Pro Plus Heart Rate Monitor, but skipped sunblock & anti-chafing. Overall feeling pretty good today after Sunday race.
