Comments: Forgot my Garmin HRM-Pro Plus Heart Rate Monitor today : P Even though I felt a bit tired, my physical body seemed to respond to exercise, and it was a moderately-hard workout. Listened to an audiobook. One other person came in and walked on the treadmill, then left. One issue with the new HOKA Challenger 7 shoes: they have a thicker sole, so the pedal straps on the stationary recumbent cycle are just a bit too short to comfortably wrap around them. Otherwise the exercise went well. A few days ago I added an clear ArmorSuit protector to the watch face, and it has come in handy already, possibly saving it from a few scrapes. Today I updated the Garmin Connect calendar with all the remaining races we plan to participate in (just 2 more added). Thought again about the running outfit, but no time so far to research--Sunday was "weekly reset" day. This week is hopefully the last week of physical rehab for our gray kitten, who broke his leg in mid-January. We currently keep him in the cage unless we can monitor him (e.g., overnight, or when we go out). So far so good--if all goes well next Monday, we can put away the 4-foot cage and free up space and time spent maintaining it. Still want to complete reading Jeff Galloway's book Marathon: You Can Do It! The local bookstore was able to find another supplier for Galloway's other book on running, "Galloway's Book on Running" 😅 So that should arrive in the next week or two. I drank two Tailwind chocolate recovery drinks today, about an hour apart. Hoping it fuels recovery more than the past few days. My Garmin watch this morning said I slept not great, giving me a 62 of 100 score. This matches my own experience--I got to sleep again around 1:00 a.m. and awoke around 7:30 a.m. Not great. Really do not know why I did not feel tired--I was done when I crawled into bed, and fell asleep until around 11:30 p.m., then could not fall back asleep. No alcohol involved. 🤷🏼 Looking forward to a good nights rest tonight.
Any irregular feelings, aches, pains, heart rate, and so forth?: Bit tired
