Comments: Ordinary run around local neighborhood. Weather was pleasant. Finished listening to one audiobook. Remembered the 3 things I should always do: 1) Garmin HRM-Pro Plus Heart Rate Monitor; 2) Anti-chafing; and 3) Sunblock ✅ Forgot to play my mobile game today though 😛 Overall feeling a bit tired but OK. Woke up a bit earlier due to our two cats playing. Catching up on running journal entries. Here it is already the 7th week (of 26). This weekend we have our first in-person race, a 10K. We do not have any races in April, but we do have a 12K in May.
Any irregular feelings, aches, pains, heart rate, and so forth?: Bit tired.
