Comments: Cycling day. Kittens woke me up again around 4:00-5:00 a.m. 😩 Really light day. Listened to audiobook. Two other women on the elliptical were chatting animatedly. Yesterday I laced my shoes in the topmost eyelet. My foot feels a bit off-center in the left shoe, like my big toe is slightly over the edge of the sole. Masked. Remembered the 3 things I should always do: 1) Garmin HRM-Pro Plus Heart Rate Monitor--but I skipped anti-chafing & sunblock as it was an indoor session. Weather is beautiful. Felt strong at the end but overall overtired.
