Comments: Started new audiobook, The Vaster Wilds (2023), by Lauren Groff. Listening at 2.5x speed and so grateful for audiobooks, as it keeps the momentum through parts where I might otherwise get bogged down with dedicating all my attention to the written words. I miss some things, but it seems like I'm pulled along instead of having to pull myself through a work. It sort of illuminates also some of the parts of the book which work or do not work, or what the author spends a good deal of words with. The run itself was uneventful. Did my civic duty and collected one or two items of refuse and placed it where it would be picked up. Ended up running a bit later this afternoon but it worked out as it was a bit warmer. I wore two layers on top, my SF Marathon technical shirt, and a Patagonia lightweight windbreaker. I felt a bit warm at the end but it was helpful in the early & middle due to the modest wind today.
Any irregular feelings, aches, pains, heart rate, and so forth?: Bit tired, knees felt a bit fragile, but no issues once running
