Comments: Very relaxed, light cross-training day. Focused on driving the pedals using quads and relaxing the calves & ankles. Helped a couple with a stroller enter as they also struggled with the automated door entry controls. Listened to audiobook. Weather is beautiful today, clear but a bit chilly. After finishing, felt exercised but not exhausted. 👍🏼 When I arrived two women in their 50's+ were exercising on the treadmill & weighted balls while talking happily in what sounded like Chinese. Wore my mask. Sister Rosetta Tharpe was mentioned on my audiobook, the "godmother of rock & roll". The audiobook also talked about gun rights & their use by minority groups in the 1960's & 1970's to help protect themselves. It sounds like such a turbulent time in American history--I have heard of it and know the importance to civil rights, but hearing about it again brings the stories to life again.
Any irregular feelings, aches, pains, heart rate, and so forth?: Bit tired; muscles behind knees slightly sore
Foods eaten today: Kashi GO cereal, Tailwind Nutrition Recovery Drink Mix - Chocolate - 16 oz, espresso shot, pumpkin-spice espresso latte, spiral pasta with chicken & black olives & artichoke hearts & marinara sauce
