Comments: Walked around local residential areas. Smelling orange perfume from mock orange bushes. Listened to audiobook. No sunblock (lazy), but only face exposed (wore hat). Tree trimming going on next door. Weather pleasant and buoyed spirits. Misreported cumulative distances for a few posts so created a spreadsheet to track things to avoid that mistake moving forward. Had copied a post and made edits but forgot to get the latest cumulative values. All corrected now. While creating the spreadsheet calculations, realized my RMR values really seem to include calories for digestion (e.g., BMR + digestion/etc.).
