Comments: 2 minutes running, 1 minute walking. Touch of dizziness but almost not noticeable. Seems like I just ran too fast too soon on Tuesday, maybe hyperventilated a bit. Weather was overcast but pleasant. Passed dog walkers, people walking with children, said hello to a man with a walker who smiled and returned the greeting. The sour smell from the south SF Bay dump was present today 🤢 It came and went, so not great, but not a deal breaker. Indoors not a problem but noticeable outside. One thought that crossed my mind: this first week running around the neighborhood represents the most novel time for absorbing the new sights...soon I will get jaded.
