Comments: Run/walk 45 minute maintenance run. Wore my Patagonia windbreaker with hood to shed rain. Took it easy when cornering with slick surfaces ("I keep warning you. Doors and corners, kid. That's where they get you."). Apartment complex nearby looked to have some localized flooding outside the 1st floor facing the street 🙀 Trash day so lots of tubs collecting water. Vegetation looks amazing. A few people out walking dogs or playing with kids. Citrus trees seem heavy with fruit. Ended with partly sunny skies and in relatively good spirits.
