Comments: No run/walk today. Dawn is doing homework and I am catching up on a few other tasks. Dawn reports her legs feel almost back to normal. Mine feel normal. So: five-mile run takes 3-4 (relatively sore) days to recover from. I find taking my pulse each evening a grounding moment, even for just the 60 seconds it takes.
