Remembered the 3 things I should always do: 1) Garmin HRM-Pro Plus Heart Rate Monitor; 2) Anti-chafing; and
3) Sunblock ✅ Felt relatively recovered and had a nice run with Dawn. Temperatures were pleasant. Gnats not as bad tonight. Stopped and got a drink of water at Booster Park, where we briefly watched a group playing cricket on the baseball diamond infield. At the other side of the park, about a half-dozen people lined up at an unmarked van to collect a delivery of something we could not make out. I did not run at 10:15/mile pace between walk breaks, and I am wondering if I am going to make it to 4:40 marathon finish if I do not. I am sort of at peace with that, though my competitive side wants to push things. My right knee hurt just a bit while starting a few times.
