Comments:
XT day. Felt a bit off on Sunday due to left hamstring soreness, so taking an easy day today (plus a bit tired from only fair sleep). Listened to an audiobook. I was the only one in the gym for most of the time, until a maintenance person arrived and began reviewing the treadmills & elliptical equipment. I thought about mentioning the issues with the stationary cycles but decided to skip it. I'm guessing he is there to do whatever he was sent there for and is probably well aware of the electronic issues with the old equipment. They spent most of their time just sitting and looking at their phone.
