Resting heart rate: n/a bpm (60 second test)
Weather: sunny, 10 m/s wind (quite blustery)
Temp: 20 C (68 F)
Time: 12:10-13:00
Terrain: flat
Comments: Blustery day today. The National Weather Service issued a strong wind advisory last night due to a low pressure cell moving across the Sacramento Valley. Winds were pleasant with the occasional leaf and debris blown into one's face. Dawn and I ran west along the fire road and back along the bike path. Two fishers plied their luck near Bridge Street. I thought the fallen leaves in the water looked beautiful. The hardwood trees are changing to deep reds while the softwoods turn to shades of yellow and orange (thanks Adam). I am enjoying the contrast in weather immensely.
