Late afternoon run. Weather was slightly warm but pleasant. Golden
hour. Lots of people playing, walking, etc. Ran with Dawn. We took it
easy as I wanted to continue recovering after feeling tired. Remembered
the 3 things I should always do: 1) Garmin HRM-Pro Plus Heart Rate
Monitor; 2) Anti-chafing; and 3) Sunblock ✅ Also remembered to play my
mobile game. It was nice having a running partner 💜 Spent the afternoon
cleaning so pretty good upper-body workout too.
