Comments:
Picked up race-day packet for our race on Sunday. Ate at a few local
restaurants. Drive back home was so slow. Picked up a book, "Galloway's
Book on Running" (3rd revised edition). Early morning on Sunday! One
downside of the yellow bib dye--it slightly stained Dawn's white
technical shirt. A quick wash sorted it (pre-treated with stain
remover). Relaxed on the couch for the evening and watched Rome: Empire
Without Limit with Mary Beard, which was excellent.
