Really enjoying Tailwind Nutrition Recovery Drink Mix
(Chocolate). One 16-ounce drink after exercise & shower, then another about an hour or so later. Pretty fatigued today. Not much spring in my steps. Additionally, I do not think I timed it quite right, re: fueling & caffeine. Felt low energy even though I ate a fig bar pack. Got it done though, and also remembered sunblock habit building. The post-storm weather is still moody and beautiful: a mix of very dark clouds, blue skies, white highlights, and comfortable temperatures. Hills keep getting greener. Also--just like that, the first week of training in the books. Half-year of training in total, so week #2 of 26.
Any
irregular feelings, aches, pains, heart rate, and so forth?: Fatigued, calves a bit sore
Foods
eaten today: Kashi GO cereal, banana, German potato salad (Vacaville - Pure Grain Bakery), Kirkland Signature Colombian Cold Brew Coffee - 11 fl oz, apple, Bolani Spinach-Filled Flatbread, Nature's Bakery Fig Bar - 2 oz twin pack (Raspberry), Tailwind Nutrition Recovery Drink Mix - Chocolate - 16 oz (x2), blueberries
