Comments: Relaxed cross-training day in the local community gym, on the stationary recumbent cycle. Set the resistance value to 21. After about 15 minutes or so, one person entered and began using the weights. After the session, I finally rescued a tennis ball from the branches of a shrub outside the gym window. 😇
