Comments: Beautiful running day. Bit disquieting to feel dull pain in left knee, but it went away after slowing down 🤔 It has been cold and muscles felt tight, especially so my right calf muscle. Slowing down made everything more enjoyable--but also I was going downhill primarily on the return, so always psychologically boosting. Ran across the street when long stretch of no traffic, but then realized still had to cross one more time, so not sure if that great a time-saver. Passed crews of laborers repairing fences after the heavy rain & wind last weekend. One interesting feeling was landing my feet on the full pad of the balls of my feet; something to remember for next time. Remembered sunblock 👍🏼but forgot body glide 😛 Listened to audiobook which has been a really great way to enjoy the run.
