Slept from ~11:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., then back to bed until ~7:30 a.m. Did not feel like enough sleep. Feeling some exhaustion perhaps from over-training after an extended period of not exercising, combined with lack of enough recovery. The walk today was pleasant and am listening to audiobook (at 2.5x-speed) "Humanly Possible: Seven Hundred Years of Humanist Freethinking, Inquiry, and Hope (2023) - Sarah Bakewell". Walking around neighborhood planned communities. Everything is nicely maintained and no road noise. Wore puffy coat and felt a bit warm but not too bad (contributed to elevated heart bpm?).
