  • Ennio Morricone's "Lady Caliph," performed by the Roma Sinfonietta Orchestra, featuring
    Yo-Yo Ma, cello, Ennio Morricone conducting, on the Sony label (#93456). Audio.

  • Vittorio Monti's "Csárdás," performed by the La Pieta orchestra, featuring Angele Dubeau, on the Analekta label (#23125). Audio.

  • Carter Burwell's "Bella's Lullaby," from the Twilight soundtrack, on the Chop Shop/Atlantic label. Audio.

  • Karl Jenkins' "Palladio," performed by the London Philharmonic Orchestra, Karl Jenkins conducting, on the Sony label (#62276). Video. It's the song popularized by De Beers. And I have never seen a harpist (Welsh harpist Catrin Finch) walk and play at the same time. Awesome.
