Comments: Treadmill running in the local gym with Dawn. Several people using weights & cardio equipment until the last 15 minutes or so. Read social media while running which passed the time. Forgot my headband. This led to me bumping my hip into the safety rail while wiping sweat away from my eyes, which was a red flag, as my right foot stepped nearly off the belt. Future Kevin: use earbuds to listen to an audiobook instead, or just focus on the running.
