Sunday schedule is 10 x 1-mile repeats. That means running 2:30 run/30-second walk with a target goal of 10:40/mile pace overall. I think that means running at a 10:15/mile pace while running. On June 3 I ran 8 miles and it was a bit weird because of the intersections, etc.
