Comments: Forgot sunblock again 😛 Thought I was going to do cycling but it was a run day. I'm switching from "to finish" to "4:40 goal". The last time I ran the SF Marathon I finished under time cutoff but was wrecked physically. So making a choice to train harder this go-around. A bit of very slight rain intermittently toward the end. A bit windy. Temperature was comfortable. Need to work on chafing.
