Comments:
Felt tired due to lack of sleep, but got out the door to get the run in before the high temps in the afternoon. Only had a coffee; just not enough. Felt tired by about halfway through, so slowed down in the 2nd half and just ran at a pace which didn't cause me to feel panting and exhausted. The 1st half I ran at ~9:15/mile run pace, which was my adjusted pace due to ~60 seconds a mile slower due to it being 70 F (i.e., 30 seconds slower for each 5 F above 60 F). Overall my pace was ~30 seconds/mile faster, so I could have ran slower. Listened to an audiobook.
