Comments: Morning run went well today. Cool weather finally. Drank coffee and ran without eating breakfast. Still felt full from Tuesday. Listened to an audiobook. Tried to run at ~9:00/mile run pace, aiming for an overall 10:40/mile pace. A few thoughts as I ran: I could feel the muscles in my quads; I increased turnover on the uphills; I tried to keep my posture straighter.
