Comments: First recumbent stationary cycle cross-training exercise since last Wednesday. Once again used my Garmin HRM-Pro Plus Heart Rate Monitor to target an aerobic exercise zone (green). After about 20 minutes of cycling, I got into the target zone. Felt like I was cycling quickly (resistance level 28).
