Comments: Tuesday maintenance run. Remembered the 3 things I should always do: 1) Garmin HRM-Pro Plus Heart Rate Monitor; 2) Anti-chafing; and 3) Sunblock ✅ Felt a bit sore today so started a bit slow, then picked up the pace a bit as I felt able to. Ended strong. Ran a loop and it ended right about where I had hoped. Weather was pleasant, if just a bit warm. Toes felt a bit sore (callus, etc.).
