Comments: Early exercise. One other person in the gym, on the treadmill; they must have been on a call of some sort as they were talking intermittently. I left before they did. Listened to audiobook. Felt pretty strong today: level = 7, seat setting at #20. Coffee-exercise-coffee routine works. Last night I found two pairs of shorts by Under Armour with front pockets for phones.
