Cycling XT day. Remembered my Garmin HRM-Pro Plus Heart Rate
Monitor, and skipped anti-chafing & sunblock. Moderate exercise at level 7 or 8, then more aggressive in the last 5 minutes or so. Spent some time on Strava looking at ~13-mile courses for this Sunday. Rain in the forecast on Friday afternoon & Saturday & Sunday morning, but hopefully Sunday will have an opening for a run. The 11-mile run went mostly well and I enjoyed taking breaks at various spots for recovery drinks. I'd like to explore new areas too, especially trails with views of the SF Bay. Also the possibility to split my runs into a morning & an afternoon run. That would let me relax a bit and recover.
