Venison burgers

Toasted the buns: 350 for five minutes

Seasonings: salt, pepper, Lowry's

One egg plus one pound meat (Durham Ranch Ground Venison) plus a bit of Worcestershire sauce, into four patties.

Cooked four minutes, flipped, three minutes on the other side. Used the cover to contain splattering. Turned out medium-rare, but I didn't want to overcook.

Toppings: lettuce, tomato, ketchup.

Verdict: success. : ) Venison tasted just OK, to me.
