Collin Street Bakery - Miniature Pecan Cakes

This bakery, from Corsicana, Texas, makes delicious Miniature Pecan Cakes. We have tried two of the four:

1. Mini DeLuxe Fruitcake
2. Mini Apricot Pecan Cake

They sell them in a set of four, 9 oz. mini cakes (about 5" across), for $55.45.
