Comments: Dawn and I ran at California Family Fitness this evening after classes. I ran 50 minutes and watched the last twenty minutes of The Karate Kid. I felt sad knowing that Pat Morita (Mr. Miyagi) died in late 2005. Exhausted all day today, catching some rest when I could in the ARC Library and drinking lots of fluids. I feel good this evening after exercising but I can feel all my muscles are sore. :P
